The Honorable Congressman Connelly

To Whom It May Concern,

Please be advised that, because of your grossly partisan stances, including failing to accurately and appropriately report the massive 9/12/2009 March & Rally in Washington D. C. and protest of "big government,” and, your determination to act as a propaganda tool for our radical fascist President Obama, I will no longer watch your news programs. Further, I will encourage my friends to boycott your news and other programming until such time as you return to a programming format that features a fair and balanced presentation of the news.

I was taught in Junior High School that the purpose of the media in a “free and democratic society” like the United States is to objectively report all sides of the issues, allowing the electorate to form opinions for themselves based on the facts. Editorial opinions, in such a context, are reserved for a specially identified location in the newspaper and to a clearly identified place in the news broadcast. You have clearly violated the journalistic principles that I was taught years ago and have turned your broadcasts into propaganda tools of the present administration, whose policies I find abominable.

Regards,
Dave Hardin
